Dr. Archa Prasad, MBBS, MS (General Surgery, Delhi), DNB, is a highly skilled and qualified Breast Surgeon, specializing in Breast Oncoplastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. She obtained her medical degree from Guru Gobind Singh University, New Delhi, and completed her Masters in Surgery. Dr Archa Prasad further honed her expertise through Fellowship training in “Breast Cancer and Reconstruction” from Manipal University and specialized training in Breast and Oncoplastic Surgery in the University Hospitals of Morecombe, UK.

Professional Journey

Throughout her illustrious career, Dr Archa Prasad has held various significant roles, including Registrar in the Department of General Surgery at PGIMER, DR. RML Hospital, and Manipal Hospital, Bangalore. She also served as a Fellow Trainee in breast oncology and oncoplasty in the Department of Surgical Oncology at Manipal Hospital. Dr Archa Prasad  has been a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon at RMV Hospital and Bluebliss Hospital, contributing to advanced trauma and life support.

Dr Archa Prasad is a lifetime member of the Association of Breast Surgeons of India (ABSI) and the Association of Surgeons of India, Delhi State Chapter-ASI. She is also affiliated with the Association of Breast Surgeons (ABS).

Dr. Prasad has actively participated in conferences and made notable presentations, addressing diverse subjects such as spontaneous rupture of the spleen, perforated malignant Gastrointestinal Stromal tumor, and correlation between immunohistochemical expression of VEGF and CD10 with tumor load and response to neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.
